The projects below were designed for ZoomInfo Sales, a tool used by sales teams to research companies, find contacts, and decide who to reach out to in order to start conversations and move deals forward.

Identifying promising companies while searching

Helped sales reps spot promising companies while searching by surfacing AI signals inside their search workflow.

Outcome: AI signal adoption increased after launch, with the increase originating from quick searching via the nav bar rather than the advanced search experience.

Finding the right contacts faster

Helped sales reps find the right people at a company faster by making the company page a better place to decide who to contact.

Outcome: Aligned the experience with what users said they needed: a short, relevant contact list and more flexible filtering without leaving the page.

Redesigned onboarding to make it easier to read, easier to move through, and easier to skip so new users could reach value faster.

Outcome: Completion rate and time to value did not improve. Later work confirmed that moving steps out of onboarding mattered more than copy and layout changes alone.

Led an accessibility program from screen-level specs on the Sales app to a team of trained champions and WCAG-aligned components embedded in the design system.

Outcome: Helped keep a major customer by aligning with WCAG 2.1, then built accessibility into the design system so components were accessible out of the box.
