Got more people using Copilot by moving its AI signals into Quick Search and Advanced Search, where salespeople already spent most of their time, instead of asking them to adopt a new homepage surface.

Outcome: Copilot signal adoption increased after rollout, with almost all of the lift coming from the Quick Search work. Advanced Search barely moved, which we traced to the Signals column getting lost in a dense results table.

Made the Employees tab on company profiles useful for prospecting on its own, instead of somewhere users glanced before bouncing to Advanced Search for filtering.

Outcome: Shipped a first release that removed the Buying Group default, added a Recommended filter, and brought missing filters onto the tab. I went on paternity leave before the release reached customers, so this one's honest about the adoption gap.

Redesigned an onboarding flow from a dense 8-step wizard to a lighter flow to help new users reach first value faster.

Outcome: Time to value and completion rate didn't improve. We pushed to cut steps, but that was out of scope. Later projects moved some steps out of onboarding and into the app contextually, and time to value improved then.

Led an accessibility program from screen-level specs on the Sales app to a team of trained champions and WCAG-aligned components embedded in the design system.

Outcome: Helped keep a major customer by aligning with WCAG 2.1, then built accessibility into the design system so components were accessible out of the box.
